Innis Solutions LLC provides professional 3D design and product development services to support fabrication, machining, and manufacturing projects from concept to completion.

We currently use Autodesk Fusion 360 for parametric modeling, assemblies, and manufacturing-ready design. This allows us to create accurate 3D models, detailed part drawings, and designs optimized for CNC machining, fabrication, and prototyping.

Our design process focuses on:

As our capabilities grow, we plan to expand into Siemens NX, enabling more advanced surfacing, complex assemblies, and higher-level engineering workflows to support larger and more demanding projects.

Whether you need a one-off part, a custom adapter, or a product designed for small-batch manufacturing, our in-house design capabilities reduce lead times, control costs, and ensure the final product is built right the first time.

We offer practical 3D scanning services for fabrication, reverse engineering, and documentation where accurate digital models are needed from existing parts or spaces.

We currently utilize the Einstar 2 3D scanner, which is well-suited for:

• Fabrication reference models

• Fit-up verification

• Reverse engineering non-critical parts

• Capturing complex shapes that are difficult to measure by hand
  
  

While this technology does not provide tight metrology-grade tolerances, it is an effective solution for many fabrication and design applications where speed, geometry capture, and real-world fit are the priority.

As demand increases, we plan to expand into metrology-grade scanning equipment, such as Creaform scanners, to support tighter tolerances, inspection-level accuracy, and more demanding engineering requirements.

Looking ahead, we also plan to invest in Matterport scanning technology to offer residential and commercial building scanning. This will allow us to provide:

• As-built documentation

• Digital walkthroughs

• Floor plans and blueprint-style layouts

• Accurate spatial data for remodeling, planning, and facility management
